Paperboat- An Internship afloats

As a paper boat waits for the rains. I waited. For the sprinkles of rain would carve its way. So the boat travels and unravels treasures and adventures like gravels in rivers as it sways. I made my move soon after the knock from Wedding Asia. Excited. Google served as the ladder and served with history and mystery of the organisation with every step. Heart rate increased. Somehow I managed to assemble and decorate the article they demanded in a surprising way and delivered via e-mail train. Eyes on the clock and sun. Hurray! My framed article got shortlisted. Bookings at Indian Railways. The interview awaited and I was content with my mantra. " The world is new for me and so am I to it. Hence lets get to know each other simply." I repeated this on and on. At Shahpur Jat in New Delhi I knocked the door. This time Wedding Asia was waiting. Pause. I used my prevailing habit of looking into the eyes and being true. It helped me the speaking the answers she wanted. No distractions. I showed her my past works and future plans. A delightful conversation as we do in mornings with full energy and no fear. Nailed it. Sixty days at a new place. How will be the treatment? Two awkward days passed in knowing. "Please do not call me ma'am, we all are working and now you too." Mode of goodness and passion. I am happy here. Enthusiastically I geared up to meet the deadlines in a lively environment. Share more and learn in returns. My colleagues helped me and the exchange of ideas went on. Small celebrations brought big smiles.

Dissapointed international hostelers: An insight

Every year lovely professional university welcomes thousands of students across the world. Expectations  are high because of the luring advertisement of the university in every youth channels as MTV and Channel V. Lpu leaves no stones unturned for luring bright seekers. However when expectations doesn't meet to the level as it's been promised, then the image of such high renowned brand turns upside down than what hoped for. 

Kieth Ivwanji naduba, an international student pursuing bachelors in pharmacy shares his so far hostel life experience and wasn't pleased while sharing it. He says" Broken lockers and rusted windows with dampened walls are disappointment for him."  

Another international student named Jamal Mukaddam complains about the WiFi services availability for short time contradicting what the  college prospectus claims for unlimited and break free WiFi accessibility. 

Quality education which have had been promised is being kept along with maintaining the guidelines of UGC  and industry standards and that is a satisfaction for budding vertos. However with cultural diversity and different preferences of taste and choices the university is been trying it's best to keep with the standards and facilities promised.

 Taking the charge of the society,media acts as a caretaker and instructor to its listeners,viewers and readers.
Bringing people closer  and deviating them  to certain opinions and thoughts are its objective fulfilled through various mediums.People follow the popular and forget the downfalls.

Mass gathering at historical monuments,joining rallies,fighting with people considering them of different party or following by leaving their daily routines and work is portrayed and sometimes created by media on behalf of political parties funding their  channels

LEAP BEYOND SUNSET(An story of desire composed by using 6 words used three times each "computer,catch,library,camera,books,college"in an audition.

"Andrew,hey! lets go and meet your parents about your dreams and the view you hold in your eyes when you stare far away in the paddy fields with your flock of sheep running into them during the sunset."I asked him and like this I convince my only friend in the village when I go for clicking the sunset amidst the growing darkness as it departed from us,leaving behind Andrew and me on the only faded rock with the camera as my eye and my friend's eye with hope.
                                                                 "I can't tell them about my dream of exploring world.We are so limited to afford  camera and computer."He said and burst into tears.
                                                                   The moonlight sparkled the eyes of the sheep as if it wanted to unravel the mysteries of the world.It was late evening and we left for our village with the ropes tangled of the flock of sheep into a wooden branch Andrew managed to break from a banyan tree on the way.
                                                                     I came for spending my holidays with some books issued from library in the college and my computer for preparing a research on "dreams of students in trodden"Having a media background and exposure of college life I was sure of convincing my friend and his parents about his only want.
                                                                       "Give me a fishing rope for catching fishes."I asked the only shop filled with all equipments for indoor games and sports far away from my village.
                                                                        Suddenly I stopped my car and stepped out of it."hey! Andrew,why are you going so early in the morning with very few sheep? "I asked him in astonishment."Others were sleeping hence I took the ones which were awake for fresh grass and fallen berries on the way to the fields where I can see the sunrise."He replied in his modest way.
                                                                       I kept the computer and library issued books which were torn as they were the novels of late period on Love and happiness in my backpack and went to visit the students in a nearby government school.There was no library,no labs for computer courses and no media equipments for updates of latest happenings around the world.
                                                                     All the students were happy having their midday meals in the untidy lobby area filled with grasses in the pavements.Suddenly I heard a poem recitation coming from class X during their English period.
"Lets go for dreams we carry so few,
Lets go early to enrich with grasses dew.

Lets go for heart and dance on it's beats,
Lets go to conquer to win over worldly treats.

Lets go in the fields and look beyond sunset,
Lets go for sleep,embracing dreams and take a leap at morning onset."
                                                                  I was surprised and overwhelmed of the talents here.I grabbed my backpack filled with fishing rope for catching fishes for the dinner table in a nearby pond with my friend sitting there with his flock of sheep having their fresh green grass.My books from library and computer for showing Andrew about how we can work in media industry and accomplish our dream of travelling and exploring the world with limited resources but dreams as the pushing force to detangle the obstacles of life.
                                                                  We sat on the rock there with the sun hiding behind tall palm trees.After an hour of endless efforts we managed to catch a big and fast swimming fish. We were so happy and with delightful eyes Andrew hugged me and promised to make one effort to convince his parents for his leap beyond sunset.
